This is one of the featured projects that I created for the WOORI Education Taiwan Department.
- Situation:
While coordinating the marketing material and platforms. I awarded that WOORI TW has high-quality service and industry reputation but lack proportionate videos to communicate with millennials. Thus, I pitched the video campaign to the department managers. - Task:
Create two videos to demonstrate the WOORI service, student experience, and customer recommendations. Ensure the video quality and effectively talking to the target audience, the millennials. - Action:
1. Indicate the video elements, target audience behaviour, plan out the project cycle (filming, editing, publishing), and the following publishing strategy.
2. Invite the interviewers, collaborate the resource, and coordinate the video length and style with the videographer. - Result:
The videos published on WOORI TW Facebook and youtube platforms. They got positive feedback and turned lots of customers to brand ambassadors. The short video to demonstrate the service got 3.3k views and the long video which accommodates all the interviews and stories had 2.4k views.
